TTG has a unique Medical and Vocational Case
Management System. This system uses the latest Microsoft .Net and SQL Server
technologies and is designed from the Case Management Company's viewpoint.
TTG's Case Any Place System is not an Accounting
Software, Legal Software, or General Practice Software that is
customized or has a template overlay to attempt Medical and Vocational Case
Management work in the system.
TTG’s Case Any Place System is work flow based and
easily customizable to your company’s process. The Case Any Place System works with your
Case Managers in their Home, Car, Coffee Shops, and Customer Offices.
The basic premise of the system is
that Case Managers enter Activity Logs daily based upon the work they
do. These Activity Logs ultimately create three byproducts.
These byproducts are used for Case Manager Payroll/Production Reporting, Case
Reporting, and Case Invoicing.
TTG’s Case Management System uses two main components
an Online Module and an Offline Module.
The Online Module

As Case Managers work in the field on a daily basis,
having to rely on an internet connection to log their daily activity can be
quite burdensome. The Case Manager has multiple occasions during the day
when they are waiting for Clients, Physicians, or other appointments. It
is during this time that the value of the TTG’s Case Any Place System really comes through for
the Case Manager.
The Case Managers can log daily activities for their
case and do word process letters while in physician waiting rooms, in their
cars, or any location they desire.
There is no requirement that they be connected to the
internet to enter this data. The TTG Case Any Place System Offline Module uses XML
technology to persist the data locally on the Case Manager's computer.
The next time the Case Manager runs the TTG Case Any Place System Offline Module and the computer
is connected the internet the data is automatically transferred to the main
database.
The Case Managers can work independent of an internet
connection during the day while on the road and then have their work uploaded
when they get home at night. Case Managers have reported this to be a
tremendous time saver. Previously in manual systems and other online
systems they would have to take notes and then spend multiple hours at home
connected to the internet at the end of the night getting their data
entered. They truly have their nights back!
